Not a good place to visit

My tooth #8 is OK but the doctor recommend to me that I have to do a crown to make it look better. Everything seems normal for 2 weeks. Suddenly the tooth fell off after I ate an egg roll. I came back to the office and he said that he was not going to charge me for this tooth. Two month later I had the bill for $100 and he also billed my insurance too. I made couple phone calls to complain about it but no help. My friends that I know have the same experience.
